This role is ideal for a clinician who values excellence, teamwork, and practicing at the top of their license in a forward-thinking medical environment.\n\nSchedule & Hours\n \nFull Time Monday- Friday Schedule with Rotating Saturday 8:30-1:30 shifts as needed\n\nPosition Summary\n \nThis is a full-time Physical Therapist role focused on delivering high-quality outpatient care in a multidisciplinary setting.\n\nYou will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through structured rehabilitation plans. You will work closely with physicians and other providers to support coordinated, outcome-driven care.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Patient Evaluation & Treatment\n \nPerform initial evaluations and reassessments\n\nDevelop individualized treatment plans\n \nDeliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise programs\n\nProvide functional movement training and mobility work\n\nEducate patients on injury prevention and home programs\n\nAdjust plans based on measurable progress\n\nDocumentation & Compliance\n \nCompletely accurate, timely EMR documentation\n\nUse AI-assisted documentation tools and validate for accuracy\n\nMaintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards\n\nCollaboration & Communication\n \nCoordinate care with physicians and providers\n\nCommunicate patient progress clearly\n \nMaintain a professional, team-focused clinic environment\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n \n \n License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required)\n\nActive New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing\n\nCurrent CPR/BLS certification\n \n4-5 years of outpatient, sports medicine and or orthopedic physical therapy experience\n\nStrong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills\n\nPreferred Qualification\n \nExperience in a multidisciplinary medical setting\n\nFamiliarity with EMR systems\n \nComfort working within structured workflows\n\nOffered Benefits \n401(k)\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off\nTuition reimbursement\nModern clinical environment\nBenefits\n401(k)\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\n \nCalifornia, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range and benefits for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington residents at a base salary between $100K to $120K annual salary based on the level of experience.
