Please Apply!We would love to meet you!RequirementsPrepare foods for daily offerings according to the highest priority following specification of recipesKeep the hot bar and grab & go case full throughout the shift by preparing items as neededAssure proper signage is made and accurately reflects ingredientsWaste out specific out of date items and record in waste logResearch and develop new recipes to recommend to managerAssist in cross-training co-workers to assure knowledge and support for department operationsEnsure accurate, up-to-date price, ingredient and date labeling of itemsEnsure clean and well stocked hot bar and Grab & Go deli caseDepartment MaintenanceEnsure food prep, work area, utensils, equipment and display areas are maintained in sanitary, orderly condition meeting or exceeding health department standardsFollow USDA and NH State Law regarding the use, labeling and handling of allergensFollow standard Sanitation Operating Procedures schedule including: deep cleaning schedules, good health department scores, pest awareness and control, equipment maintenance, hood and grease trap cleaningsEnsure proper storage and labeling procedures as per health department and organic standardsParticipate in inventory counts as directed by managementMaintain department equipment in working order. Notify management of equipment problems or requirements.
