CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER (Residential)

Clinical Program Manager Location: Casselberry, FL Who are we? For over fifty years, Aspire Health Partners has been one of the leading non‑profit behavioral health companies in the Southeast. As a Clinical Program Manager at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to ensure smooth programmatic operations. These functions include: Interviewing and training new staff. Providing task and, where relevant, clinical supervision of program staff. Utilizing continuous quality improvement principles to identify areas for change, growth and expansion of the program. Remaining up to date on program budgets and financial information. Understanding and maintaining standards of all program regulations, contracts and/or guidelines. Providing operational assistance to team members. Providing ongoing communication to the program team regarding changes, issues or needs of participants or of the program in general. Facilitating regular all‑team staff meetings. Maintaining compliance by completing necessary and ongoing training. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master’s degree in social services, licensed in the State of Florida (491 Board), as required by specific programs. Two years working with target population. One year of supervisory experience preferred. Level II background clearance – all Aspire Health Partners internships and careers require Level 2 clearance, with Aspire covering fingerprinting costs.
