Assembly Technician (Audio Visual & Electronics)

What You'll Do * Assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot commercial AV, lighting, and security systems * Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings * Use hand and power tools to fabricate and install components * Perform soldering and connector termination (XLR, RJ45, TRS, BNC, F-CONN) * Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE * Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and processes * Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines * Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer expectations ✅ What You Bring * Experience in AV installation, electronics, or commercial construction * Strong technical skills and attention to detail * Ability to read and interpret AV and construction drawings * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering, and cable termination * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or on a team * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, internet tools) * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Willingness to travel and work at heights (ladders/lifts) ⭐ Preferred Qualifications * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Construction, or related field * Certifications in AV technologies (Biamp, Extron, Crestron, AMX, etc.) * CTS or CTS-I certification * Experience with audio DSP, video processing, or control systems Why Join Us? * Work with cutting-edge AV and technology systems * Opportunity for certification and career growth * Stable, long-term career path in a growing industry * Supportive, team-focused work environment Apply today to build innovative systems and grow your technical career.
