SOC Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Chandler, AZ

Wage Range: $20.00-$21.00/HR - 12 Hour Shifts

The SOC Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm / CCTV monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Previous security experience.
