The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior construction executive with extensive commercial construction experience and a strong background in data center or mission-critical construction to lead operations and support the growth of a rapidly expanding construction services company.
This is an opportunity for a proven commercial construction leader who understands the complexities of large-scale projects, can build and develop high-performing teams, and can help scale operations in the growing data center market.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee data center construction operations, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
Direct project management, field operations, estimating, scheduling, resource planning, and cost controls across multiple projects.
Manage project financial performance, profitability, labor utilization, and operational KPIs.
Build, recruit, and develop strong project management and field leadership teams to support data center growth.
Establish standardized processes and scalable operating practices to support increased project volume.
Develop and maintain relationships with data center clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other strategic partners.
Identify operational improvements and opportunities to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Support business expansion, new-market development, and acquisition integration.
Qualifications

Extensive commercial construction experience is required. Residential construction experience alone will not qualify.
Significant leadership experience in data center construction, mission-critical facilities, or other large-scale commercial construction environments.
Demonstrated success managing complex, schedule-sensitive construction projects with substantial budgets and operational demands.
Experience overseeing multiple projects, teams, and locations while maintaining financial and operational accountability.
Strong understanding of construction project financials, estimating, scheduling, labor planning, and cost management.
Experience building teams, scaling construction operations, and implementing consistent processes across projects.
P&L responsibility of $300 million or more, or comparable operational scope, preferred.
Experience with acquisitions, integration, or multi-market expansion is advantageous.
Hands-on, commercially minded leadership style with strong communication, relationship-building, and team-development skills.
Compensation and Relocation

Base salary of $225,000–$250,000, plus bonus.
