About the Role At WashU, a shift lead plays a key role in overseeing daily operations and supporting team performance during their assigned shift. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality service standards, and delivering exceptional customer experience. Shift leads help guide team members, uphold company processes, and contribute to a positive, fast‑paced, and team‑oriented environment.
