Analyst-Financial Lead Senior This is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, System Reporting. This position will be a key contributor within the IU Health treasury accounting team. Responsibilities include developing financial reporting packages (both internal and external, in adherence with GAAP), coordinating external audits, performing financial analysis and projects, implementing procedural and reporting improvements, and developing effective business relationships. The incumbent will display effective planning and organizational skills; be results oriented; and possess the ability to competently manage multiple priorities. Key Relationships Reports to: Manager, Financial Reporting and Budgeting. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is required. Degree in Finance or related field preferred. Project Management experience preferred. Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
