Franciscan Health - 12750 S Francis Dr - Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and visitors with hospitality and information; Conduct rounds in waiting rooms, Emergency Department, inpatient and outpatient areas to identify needs and address concerns; Administer inpatient surveys and escalate issues to appropriate departments; Assist with Lost & Found, Clothing Closet inventory, wheelchair discharges, and Surgery Waiting support; Oversee volunteers, providing guidance and training to ensure quality service
