Quick Facts Location: Las Cruces, NM Start Date: 08/06/2026 End Date/Duration: Open Shift: Hybrid (M-F, 10a-12p clinic / 1-3p elective; Saturday & Sunday inpatient) Hours/Week: 40+ Employment Type: Locum/Contract License/Certs: Medical License in NM (or eligible) Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide urology consults and outpatient clinic care for adult patients Manage inpatient urology cases and assist with elective procedures Collaborate with local urologists, nursing staff, techs, and hospitalists Conduct phone consultations averaging 5-10 per day Support active consults and inpatient rounding Participate in call coverage on weekends (Saturday & Sunday inpatient only) Ensure quality patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings What You Need Valid medical license in New Mexico (or eligible) Urology certification in good standing Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with adult urology patients preferred Ability to manage both clinical and inpatient responsibilities About the Assignment This assignment involves working at a reputable facility in Las Cruces, NM, with a mix of outpatient and inpatient urology services.
