Analytics and Insights Analyst

Working in a hybrid or remote capacity, the full-time Analytics and Insights Analyst will partner with clients and internal teams to provide actionable insights, develop campaign strategies, and optimize programmatic marketing efforts. Key responsibilities: Serve as a client-facing team member, communicating campaign strategies and interpreting insights through storytelling Design analytic and testing plans to address client business challenges and recommend optimization opportunities Develop innovative measurement tools and communicate campaign optimization results to demonstrate value against business goals Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a similar analytics role, preferably in digital media or programmatic analytics Proficiency in SQL and Excel, including pivot tables; experience with data manipulation tools such as Tableau or Python is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or equivalent experience Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in simple terms Creative, self-motivated, and data-driven with a high degree of attention to detail
