We are searching for dedicated staff to provide high quality care that will greatly improve our clients' quality of life.

Job Details:

• Searching for a Personal Care Worker to work with one of our many clients in Hudson, WI.
• Schedule: Morning, Evening and Overnight shifts available (occasional weekend shifts may be required, depending on client needs).
• Schedules vary based upon client's needs; our Human Resources team will work with you to find the right scheduling fit based on your availability.

What You’ll Do:

• Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures residents' needs, self-expression, and goals.
• Oversee residents and take care of their needs.
• Assist with or perform personal care including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, etc.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including food preparation and cooking.
• Transport client to activities and medical appointments.
• Work well with a variety of individuals, learning habitats and behaviors. Treat people with respect.

We provide paid training to make sure you are prepared to perform the duties of your position.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Have proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Must be dependable, caring, and a team player.
