What You'll Do

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of residential electrical systems and components

· Perform electrical inspections and identify safety hazards, code violations, and performance issues

· Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options in a way that helps homeowners make informed decisions

· Install, maintain, and repair electrical panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, switches, and other residential systems

· Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, and surge protection installations

· Safely complete electrical work in accordance with NEC and all local codes

· Deliver a world-class client experience through strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail

· Educate homeowners on electrical safety, energy efficiency, and upgrade opportunities when appropriate

What We're Looking For

· At least 1–2 years of residential electrical service experience

· Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills

· Sales or in-home service experience with the ability to communicate options and recommendations in a clear, honest, and helpful way

· A proven ability to build trust with clients and create a great service experience

· A commitment to personal growth, coachability, and ongoing technical development

· A valid driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier

· Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and safety standards

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· A people-first mindset with excellent client service skills

· The ability to work independently while staying efficient, accurate, and process-driven
