You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, providing exceptional dining experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Team Leadership: Motivating and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain our high standards. Operational Excellence: Ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, from food preparation to customer service to cleanliness. Sales and Profitability: Contributing to the restaurant’s success by increasing sales, managing costs, and maximizing profitability. Training and Development: Assisting in the training and development of team members, helping them excel in their roles. Cultural Stewardship: Upholding and promoting Angry Chickz’s unique culture among both the team and customers. Hands‑On Involvement: You’ll be actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and you’ll maintain a safe and clean work environment. Ability to read/speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory.
