Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card in hand
• Previous experience in school-based Occupational Therapy or strong interest in working in educational settings
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school protocols
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in eligibility determinations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to provide holistic support and consultation
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services, progress, and communication
• Participate in meetings and assist in the development of strategies for student success
• Adapt interventions to meet varied student needs and learning environments

Role Details:

• Contract position, full-time (40 hours per week)
• Scheduled to begin July 27, 2026, and continue through May 2027
• Specific caseload details to be discussed during the interview process
