Key Responsibilities Manage and grow Our client's social media communities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and relevant forums. Engage with followers daily, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner. Foster positive interactions, encourage user-generated content, and build strong relationships with customers and brand advocates. Monitor social media conversations for brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, escalating issues as needed. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase participation and brand loyalty. Create and share engaging content, including polls, Q&As, contests, and behind-the-scenes glimpses, tailored to community interaction. Identify and report on community sentiment, key discussion themes, and potential areas for improvement. Collaborate with customer support and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Stay informed about social media best practices and emerging community management tools. Assist in moderating online discussions and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all community members. Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Community Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of e-commerce customer engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable tone. Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their respective community features. Experience in customer service or support is highly advantageous. Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in using social media management and monitoring tools.Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
