Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately translate their needs into repair orders. Inspect vehicles with customers, clearly explaining recommended services and their benefits. Provide accurate estimates for services and parts, managing customer expectations effectively. Schedule service appointments efficiently, coordinating with the technician team. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering questions. Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process. Process service payments and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting. Deep understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with dealership management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK) and standard office applications. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
