As a Survey Crew Member , you will assist the crew chief with daily field surveying operations, utilizing GPS and conventional surveying equipment to collect accurate field data and support a variety of land surveying projects. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Survey Crew Chief with daily field operations, utilizing GPS and conventional surveying equipment to support a variety of land surveying projects.
• Collect and record accurate field measurements, survey data, and site information for processing and preparation of survey deliverables.
• Help establish survey control points, locate property corners, and perform field measurements as directed by the crew chief.
• Maintain surveying equipment and assist with loading, unloading, and organizing tools and supplies needed for daily field assignments.
• Follow established safety procedures and assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment at project sites.
• Position includes out-of-town travel as needed, with lodging and meal per diem provided.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of land surveying experience preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated commitment to honesty, reliability, dependability, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions, work effectively as part of a field crew, and maintain attention to detail when collecting survey data.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to project sites as needed.
