Experienced RBTs are also encouraged to apply, as we value the skills and expertise you bring to our team. Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral therapy to autistic children and young adults using ABA principles Implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavior and skill development Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other therapy team members to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress About the Role As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician with ABT, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals who prioritize your child's needs. What We Offer Competitive compensation up to $24 HOURLY based on registration and experience Schedule: Mon-Fri 12:30pm-3:30pm Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services Full paid RBT training. Work as a BT while we pay to get you registered!
