SCHEDULE

• Coverage Type: Outpatient
• Schedule Type: Clinic only
• Call Type: N/A
• Schedule (per week): M-Thurs
• Dates of Need: 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) full time each month. Noting though we may be able to work 3 shifts a week (Monday-Wednesday) those would be 10-hour shifts though. If they were to work 10hr shifts we would only schedule patients from 8am-5pm but the other time could be used to complete charting, etc.

• Lunch: 1 hour
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: please see in dates of need (3-4 days a week)
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 10 per day
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic only: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday

Provider will be working at the clinic onsite at the hospital (address in practice description).

They will be working with an oncologist, and some days will be working independently. Working with hematology oncology patients, managing patients in the infusion suite. Managing in basket, responding to patients on their lab results, working with the navigator to triage calls. No rounding.

Provider will work in a newly renovated clinic alongside an exceptional team comprised of highly skilled infusion nurses, an oncology nurse navigator, medical assistants, an oncology dietitian, a social worker, and schedulers. Additionally, you will have support from our specialized Oncology Palliative Care team.
