Store Sales & Delivery Associate - Part-Time

Hiring Immediately! Part‑Time Store Salesand Delivery Driver in O'Fallon, IL Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.50 Weekly Pay! This position is for a Part‑Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (Weekends as needed). Monday ‑ Friday: 7 am ‑ 5 pm Sunday: Closed The Pittsburgh Paints Co. is seeking dependable, customer‑focused team members to join as Part‑Time Store Salesand Delivery Drivers. In this dual role, you'll assist customers in‑store with product selection and color matching, while also ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Key responsibilities may include Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently. Learn PPC brands and assist customers with product recommendations. Tint and color match products to customer specifications. Transport products from our store to customers. Follow all safety protocols, including pre‑trip vehicle inspections. Complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time. Support general store operations as needed. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to routinely lift 40–60 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, reaching, and carrying required. Availability to work occasional Saturdays. Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
