Physical Therapist - Hospital-Based Outpatient and Inpatient Acute Swing

Schedule

This position offers a 30-hour work week consisting of three 10-hour days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a critical access hospital, providing services in both outpatient and inpatient acute care settings. This role is essential in delivering high-quality therapy services to improve the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and track patient progress throughout the treatment process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Outpatient experience is mandatory; inpatient experience is highly preferred.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• Licenses and certifications must be current and presented at the time of submission.
• A supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment is required.
