Work Environment\nYour role will predominantly be remote, allowing you flexibility in your work schedule. You will be part of a climate-controlled virtual office environment, with the support of a dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses when necessary, and evaluate the mental health needs of patients using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Formulate individualized care plans that incorporate cultural diversity and address the specific needs of the patient population you serve. \n
- Continuously monitor patient progress, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies tailored to support their mental health diagnosis effectively. \n
- Document all treatment records, reports, and clinical information timely and accurately through our state-of-the-art electronic health records system, adhering to regulatory and departmental standards. \n
- Engage collaboratively with patients and their support systems to develop comprehensive treatment plans, focusing on achieving desired outcomes that align with the agreed-upon care plans. \n
- Coordinate with referral options and serve as an essential link between patients and other treatment providers, ensuring smooth transitions in care and fostering productive working relationships. \n
- Facilitate education and mentoring for students and interns, enhancing the learning experience through supervision and providing constructive feedback. \n
- In alignment with clinical supervision, participate in peer-to-peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and chart audits to contribute to team member development and uphold high clinical standards. \n
Your primary focus will be individuals and families navigating the challenges of a cancer diagnosis. You will employ a sensitive and empathetic approach, creating tailored interventions that acknowledge the unique emotional and mental health needs of this population. Your work will not only aim to alleviate symptoms but also empower patients to regain control over their mental health journey.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas. \n

- Experience working with cancer patients or in oncology settings is highly desirable. \n
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment and therapy. \n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. \n
The salary for this position is competitive, falling within the annual range of USD 90,000 to 105,000. In addition to a generous salary, we offer:
