Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welder workers for a metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. In this role, you'll perform precision welding on aluminum and stainless steel products used in architectural construction and industrial applications. If you enjoy hands-on fabrication work, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality metal products in a team-focused environment, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Welder:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel materials
Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Measure materials using calipers, squares, protractors, and other tools
Assist with part assembly and additional fabrication tasks as needed
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:

Minimum of 3 years of experience welding aluminum and stainless steel
Proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding processes
Experience working in the sheet metal industry
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work overtime when needed
Ability to use hand tools
Willingness to participate in a background check and drug test
