Warehouse Supervisor

Masis Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a growing manufacturing operation in Westborough, MA. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with strong warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, and material-handling experience who is comfortable supervising employees while also staying closely involved in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse employees, including material handlers, kitters, and other warehouse personnel
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and establish work priorities
• Oversee receiving, material storage, inventory movement, picking, kitting, and shipping activities
• Ensure materials are accurately received, identified, stored, and moved to the appropriate production areas
• Support inventory accuracy and organized stockroom operations
• Coordinate material movement to manufacturing and production teams
• Monitor daily workload and ensure materials are available when needed
• Support pre-shipment verification and shipping requirements
• Train, coach, and provide direction to warehouse employees
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and overall team performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, material movement, and warehouse efficiency
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and other departments to resolve material-related issues
• Ensure employees follow company procedures and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership, lead, or supervisory experience required
• Strong hands-on experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or material-handling operations
• Experience with shipping and receiving
• Experience with inventory control, stockroom, picking, and material movement
• Ability to lead and prioritize the work of multiple employees
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to troubleshoot material and workflow issues
• Strong attention to inventory accuracy and documentation
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems preferred
