Right At Home Caregiver

At Right at Home, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes with clear care plans, strong communication, and the support you need to do your best work. We're looking for experienced caregivers who want to bring both skill and compassion to their care.

Caregiver Service Areas:

Merrillville, IN Gary, IN Crown Point, IN Hobart, IN Portage, IN Hebron, IN

What You'll Do as a Caregiver:

Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility

Support daily needs: meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

Provide hands-on care for bed-bound clients, including bathing, repositioning, and hygiene

Care for clients with dementia, Parkinson's, and other conditions

Maintain patience and professionalism, even during challenging situations

Caregiver Schedule:

12-hour day shifts

Overnight shifts

Daytime and evening shifts

Caregiver Requirements:

1+ year of caregiving experience

Driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background checks

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
