Assistant Builder

Position Overview Mungo Homes is adding an Assistant Builder to our growing team in the Richmond, VA market. This role is responsible for learning several aspects of our business including customer service, permitting, project management, and system administration for our integrated computer system. Responsibilities Work with Senior Builders and the corporate office to be trained on the KOVA system. Participate in customer‑service follow‑up with homeowners according to the company program. Assist in and observe inspections and meetings while maintaining a professional demeanor. Work with Builders and other departments as necessary to resolve problems and coordinate activities. Develop and maintain relationships with other members of the Production team, customers/clients, and trade partners. Where required, monitor the work performance of Punch/Merchandising personnel and/or trade partners. Report both positive and constructive feedback to the Area Production Manager. Qualifications Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university preferred; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills: Apple iPad, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and KOVA software (preferred).
