Primary Care Physician
We are actively seeking a Physician to join a Federally Qualified Healthcare System in Schenectady, NY.

The Position : We’re looking for a Family Medicine Physician. Your package would include a very competitive salary of $225,000 to $250,000 depending on experience.
- 4 Weeks PTO
- Incentive Bonus up to $3500 Per Quarter

Requirements:
- Current New York License Required
- Performing Health Assessments
- Treatment and Care Coordination
- Patient Education
- Community Connections
- Some Telehealth and Home Visits (Rare)
Responsibilities:
- Monday- Friday – 8 to 5
- Supervising Team of NP/PA and Other Medical Staff
- 20 to 25 Patients per day
- Full Support Staff
