Traveling Registered Nurse

Join our team as a registered nurse and make a meaningful impact by providing quality care across diverse healthcare settings. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized patient care. Collaborating with inter-professional teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans. Providing care across all phases of preventative, health maintenance, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up services. Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. Practicing within the scope of licensure and adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines. Qualifications Include Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Current, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state, with multistate licensure if applicable. Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including at least six months of travel experience. Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location. Obtaining and maintaining necessary competencies and certifications.
