Position Description: Job Title: Take Out Lead
Location: Rosalia Texa TonkaReports to: Floor Manager / General Manager
Hourly Rate: $11.41 - $15.00 + tips
The Take Out Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of takeout operations to ensure an efficient, accurate and guest-focused experience. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, leadership qualities and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. As a front-facing, tipped position, the Takeout Lead plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience from order to handoff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate takeout and delivery orders from receipt to guest hand off.
Ensure accuracy, quality, packaging, and presentation of all takeout orders.
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel valued, whether picking up in person or via delivery.
Communicate clearly with guests about order status, modifications, or delays
Train and support team members on takeout procedures, guest service standards and completeness.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and third party delivery drivers to maintain accurate order timing and fulfillment.
Coordinate with management to address guest concerns or complaints related to takeout orders in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area according to health and safety standards.
Monitor inventory and supplies specific to takeout operations and alert management to restocking needs.
Uphold all company policies, procedures and brand standards.
Schedule Expectations:
This is an hourly, tipped position. The Takeout Lead is expected to work scheduled service shifts, with consistent evening and weekend availability required.

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a genuine focus on hospitality.
Familiarity with the restaurant menu and POS system.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
