Clinical Operations Associate

Supporting the operational needs of a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Clinical Operations Associate will manage patient transitions, ensure accurate clinical dashboards, and perform administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the Clinical Operations team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient panel coverage and transitions during clinician absences, ensuring accurate internal records and logistics Monitor and maintain clinical dashboards, performing data audits and partnering with the data team for analysis Provide administrative support, including documentation maintenance and cross-functional collaboration with data and engineering teams Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, or a similar administrative/analytical role Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and data management Experience with BI tools such as Lightdash, Looker, or Tableau, with a willingness to learn dashboard creation Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Adaptability to high work volume and evolving priorities in a clinical practice environment
