This is your opportunity to upskill and launch a career in Data Engineering through a paid, immersive training program followed by a two-year consulting engagement.Responsibilities:Participate in an immersive, paid training program to build the skills needed to be a successful Data EngineerTrain in high-demand technologies including Relational and Non-Relational Databases, APIs, Python, Pandas, Kafka, Airflow, Apache Spark, and Machine LearningEngage with Senior Engineer mentors in a hands-on, collaborative learning environmentAfter training, work for up to two years as a Data Engineering consultant on various client engagementsRequirements:Bachelor's degreeAuthorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorshipWillingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United StatesMinimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or KotlinA recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviationDesired Skills:Passion for learning and a strong interest in Data EngineeringStrong logic and reasoning skillsClear communication and collaboration abilitiesA team-oriented mindsetWhat We Offer:Paid training (3-4 months) at $600/week to build technical skills from the ground upMentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers$2,500 relocation assistanceA dedicated Dev10 Manager to support your growthComprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time offPay range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (post-training, depending on assigned location)Please note: To be considered, you must submit a formal application through the Dev10 website.
