Talent Sourcing & Onboarding Lead — Community Partnerships

Omni Dallas Hotel is seeking a Human Resources Manager – Talent Sourcing, Onboarding & Community Partnerships to build a strong talent pipeline for the property through proactive recruitment, engaging onboarding experiences, and meaningful community partnerships. You will own the recruitment calendar, partner with department leaders, lead job fairs, and foster relationships with schools and nonprofits to attract hospitality professionals and support onboarding across the hotel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Omni Hotels & Resorts
