Sign-On Bonus

$100 after completing 30 hours within 30 days (in good standing with attendance and completed shifts)

What You Will Do

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers
• Support mobility through walking assistance and range-of-motion exercises
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Provide medication reminders and document compliance
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow safety, infection control, and fall prevention protocols
• Document care accurately using our mobile app

Requirements

Valid drivers license and Social Security card
Active CNA license if applicable or PCA certification/test completion (for PCAs)
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Recent negative TB test (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation
Ability to safely lift and transfer clients
Basic comfort using mobile apps for documentation
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
