Role Overview Provides direct nursing care in a Labor and Delivery setting at a medical center, coordinating patient care plans, monitoring patient conditions, executing physician and nursing orders, and assisting with discharge planning. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor patient care plans Coordinate multidisciplinary care for patients Document and communicate patient conditions effectively Carry out physician and nursing instructions Assist in discharge planning and coordination Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse with required licensure BLS certification within 1 month of employment; ACLS preferred Specializations such as The S.T.A.B.L.E Program or Neonatal Resuscitation preferred 2+ years of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience preferred Offers comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, professional development, and emotional support resources.
