Use a process sheet to aid in the production process. Work as a team member in a group setting, such as a work cell (cross-training). Identify problems that affect quality and ability to assemble. Train new employees in the assembly process. Follow and adhere to safety rules and regulations. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. Experience Requirements 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience. Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 experience a plus). Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
