Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Location: Remote - Anywhere on East Coast Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET Travel: 1 a month to the office in Rhode Island Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Description Our client in the Structural Steel Erection industry is looking for a Remote Structural Steel Estimator to join their team. In this role, you will estimate structural steel erection costs for commercial projects across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. You’ll review drawings, perform takeoffs, prepare job files and proposals, and collaborate closely with management to determine project viability and pricing. You must have hands‑on experience estimating structural steel erection (not just fabrication), as this is a core part of the company’s work. To succeed, you should have proven experience interpreting structural drawings, performing takeoffs, and managing bid packages with accuracy and efficiency.
