Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is seeking a Server to join the AC Marriott team. This role will be responsible for maintaining positive guest interactions while providing guests the highest quality of service in a friendly and efficient manner. Job Responsibilities for a Breakfast Server Maintains professional demeanor, a clean and presentable uniform, and practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all shifts. Observes guests throughout the meal to anticipate needs, immediately recognises, and responds to any guest needs or requests. Responsible for setting up the breakfast buffet, maintaining and restocking it throughout the shift, and properly breaking it down afterwards. Takes orders, serves food and drinks, responds to inquiries about the menu and fulfills the wishes of the guest, as well as suggestsively sells food and drinks. Responsible for completing all closing duties, including dishwashing, cleaning, rolling silverware, and restocking for the next shift. Job Requirements for Breakfast Server Must maintain a valid state‑required ServSafe Food Handler certification or obtain one upon hire; reimbursement provided with proof. Must be able to operate POS system, make change, and use credit card transactions accurately. Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to guests and other team members.
