This is a full-time, hospital-based position offering a predictable schedule and a collaborative environment-well-suited for both seasoned physicians and recent residency graduates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing inpatient admissions for patients of all ages
• Conducting daily rounds and coordinating with consulting specialists
• Leading discharge planning and transition-of-care protocols
• Participating in quality assurance and clinical improvement initiatives
