Position

Virtua Radiology is seeking an experienced Breast Imaging Radiologist to support our comprehensive women’s imaging services. This role provides an opportunity to focus on high‑quality breast imaging in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

Position Highlights

• Predominantly breast imaging‑focused practice
• Interpretation of screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI
• Performance of image‑guided breast procedures
• Strong collaboration with breast surgery, oncology, and women’s health teams

Responsibilities

• Interpret breast imaging studies and perform interventional breast procedures
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast conferences as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with MQSA and quality standards
• Support patient‑centered care and timely communication of results

Qualifications

Compensation

Compensation Transparency In compliance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, the posted minimum base salary for this physician position is $560,000 annually for newly practicing physicians. Providers with post‑training experience will be offered a starting base salary of $650,000 or higher, based on years of experience, specialty expertise, and overall qualifications. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience, credentials, training, and prevailing market conditions. In addition to a highly competitive compensation package, Virtua Medical Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, productivity incentives where applicable, paid malpractice coverage, generous paid time off, CME allowance, and retirement benefits.
