Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of a health system team in Panama City, FL as an experienced CT Technologist. You will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment to perform routine and CTA studies. You will work independently with patients of all ages and contribute to a patient-centered imaging environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years CT technologist experience required.
• ARRT certification in CT preferred; ARRT(R)(CT) required by facility.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiography or radiologic technology program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proven ability to perform CTA protocols including Head, Carotids, Abdomen, Chest, and Runoff.
• Experience with GE CT equipment preferred.
• Experience using Meditech, Envision Connect, or Centricity PACS preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scanning independently across a full range of routine CT procedures.
• Previous work in an acute care hospital or regional medical center setting.
• Familiarity with patient populations ranging from pediatrics to adults and neonates.

• Shift hours: 07:00 - 19:30.
• Scheduled workdays: Friday through Sunday.
• Type of equipment: GE CT systems.
• Documentation systems used: Meditech, Envision Connect, Centricity PACS.
• Floating policy: no floating.
• Required uniform: black scrubs.

The facility serves a broad patient population and maintains certifications and accreditations that reflect standards in stroke, wound care, chest pain, and cancer services.
