In your day-to-day, you will
- Manage a portfolio of clients across low-touch SaaS accounts and high-touch managed services accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for client relationships, driving retention and growth
- Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) pipeline, tracking client activity and reporting
- Work independently to develop account strategy with minimal oversight
Skills you have (Must-have)
- Agency experience, ideally in a client-facing account management role
- CRM proficiency, specifically HubSpot
- Advanced/high-level English fluency, written and verbal
- Self-driven and strategic, able to operate independently without close supervision
