Job Description

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team to enhance performance and career growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Manager should have:
