Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in a home setting Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations and standards of care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR) Requirements: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN, BSN, or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification required Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits in the Bowie, MD area Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities About Us: EMC Home Healthcare Corp is a trusted provider of home health services dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients in the Bowie, MD community and surrounding areas.
