Immigration Attorney

To support a leading international law firm, the Corporate Immigration Attorney will work on a long-term contract basis, primarily remotely, assisting with all aspects of corporate immigration, including the H1B process, PERM green card sponsorship, and compliance audits. Key responsibilities: Manage the H1B process, including pre-approval work, review, drafting, and preparation Assist with the PERM green card sponsorship process and conduct policy reviews Ensure compliance through audits and documentation management Required qualifications: Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in Washington, DC or New York At least 2 years of experience in corporate immigration law Proficient in handling Corporate Visas (H1-B) and the PERM immigration process Experience drafting Requests for Evidence (RFE) Able to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
