Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Replenishment Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for keeping pick locations stocked and ensuring smooth product movement from storage to production areas while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Replenishment & Material Movement

• Operate a reach truck or sit-down forklift to move product from reserve storage to pick locations
• Perform replenishment tasks using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Monitor stock levels and proactively restock pick bins
• Ensure picking locations remain supplied to meet order demand

Inventory & Location Control

• Accurately scan and confirm product movement using RF devices
• Verify correct SKU, quantity, and location during replenishment
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (first in, first out) methods
• Consolidate partial pallets and optimize warehouse space

Warehouse Support

• Assist with put-away, staging, and picking operations as needed
• Transport materials between departments efficiently
• Organize bulk storage areas for accessibility
• Support inventory checks and cycle counts

Quality & Accuracy

• Inspect inventory for damage, mislabeling, or improper placement
• Report shortages, discrepancies, or safety concerns
• Ensure pallets are properly stacked and secure
• Maintain high accuracy to support fulfillment operations

Safety & Equipment

• Perform daily forklift inspections (battery, forks, controls, tires)
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Operate safely in narrow aisles and high rack environments
• Maintain clean work areas and clear aisles

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs as needed
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working at heights when operating reach equipment
• Ability to work extended shifts in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience (reach truck and/or sit-down) required
• Experience in replenishment or inventory movement preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and team-oriented
