Urologist Position

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a thriving practice consisting of nine certified urologists and seven advanced practice clinicians. This role will primarily be based in St. Louis Park, focusing exclusively on adult patients. The call schedule is set at 1:9, covering one hospital. Opportunities for academic affiliation are also available. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.

Salary Range: $460,000 - $750,000 for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE)

Compensation Statement: The salary is determined by the role's level and requirements. Factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity may influence pay within our established ranges. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
