The Overhead Crane Manager leads a small team responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and safety of overhead crane systems. This role requires daily on-site presence to manage project-based upgrades, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain efficient, safe equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily crane operations and on-site activities
- Oversee maintenance schedules and implement equipment inspections
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Supervise and coordinate a small team of 1-5 crane operators and technicians
- Plan and manage budgets related to crane operations and upgrades
- Schedule project-based upgrades and routine maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in crane operations management
