Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading aluminum manufacturing company, is seeking Die Cast Machine Operators for all shifts. Die Cast Machine Operator Job Summary:


Pay: $19.00/hour

Position Overview:
The Die Cast Machine Operator is responsible for operating die cast and trim press equipment to produce high-quality aluminum parts while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.


Die Cast Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate die cast and trim press machinery
• Apply lubricants and remove castings from equipment
• Operate cell equipment including robots, hoists, furnaces, sprayers, and related machinery
• Perform basic machine maintenance and minor repairs
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Inspect finished parts using gauges and visual inspections
• Maintain safe and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and production work instructions

Die Cast Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 55 lbs throughout the shift
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills required
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work assigned shifts and attend required meetings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
