Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem
Greenwich, CT
Additional cases available in Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk, and throughout Fairfield County
$20.00 per hour | 6–12 Hour Day and Overnight Shifts

Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring experienced Per Diem Certified Home Health Aides to serve clients in Greenwich and surrounding Fairfield County towns. If you are a compassionate and dependable caregiver seeking flexible scheduling and consistent support, we encourage you to apply.

Role Responsibilities

As a member of our care team, you will:

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide medication reminders
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide
• Active Connecticut HHA or CNA certification
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON test (or chest x-ray if previously positive)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
